ASPE Orange
County Chapter 3 offers services to the Orange County
area construction estimators to promote
education, certification,
standardization, ethics, fellowship,
and professional development.
Our next educational program will be

Wednesday, February 10th at our new venue (see below for
more information). Our February program topic is,
Economic
Outlook for 2010: The Recovery, Are We There Yet?
Our speaker will be Dr. Morteza
Rahmatian, chair of the Department of Economics at CSU Fullerton. Be sure to plan on joining us
for an interesting and informative program. Reservations
need to be made no later than noon the Friday before the meeting in
order to have a choice of your meal selection.
Our educational programs are held the second Wednesday
of every month, September through June. Be sure to check our

We are now holding our programs at the Ayres Hotel & Suites
in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. The hotel is only two minutes from
